Our Chef's Table dining experience is a feast for your senses. Set in an exclusive space, it provides you and your guests a bird's-eye view of our kitchen—and the Willamette River, Pearl District and beyond... if you can take your eyes off the six seasonal, Pacific Northwest-inspired courses designed by Executive Chef Erik Anderson.
Your Chef's Table attendant and Sommelier (if you choose to enjoy wine) will provide pairing notes and background on each course's flavors—as high-level or detailed as you'd like—so you're not just savoring cuisine and libations, you're experiencing something truly special.
